Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before any purchase:

1 – All transactions and sales completed cannot be canceled. Please make sure you want to complete the purchase; there will be no refunds in case you change your mind afterwards.

2 – Shiny Pooch does not provide discounts or refunds if you purchased the wrong size of an item. Make sure you pick the right size before purchase; we are sorry but we cannot offer size or color exchanges for our products.

3 – However, if you receive a defective product or if you do not receive the order at all, we will gladly refund the item. Send us an email to info[at]shinypooch.com, including photographs of the faulty item to request a refund. Our support team will get back to you within 3 working days, after reviewing the issue.

4 – Shiny Pooch not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Shiny Pooch is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
